You do not need a technical job to begin. Choose a task you understand so you can judge the result and practise checking it.
Work through an email, a learning question or a document summary using a fictional or non-sensitive example. Practise asking follow-up questions and checking the answer against the source.
Prepare a customer reply, improve the wording of a service page or organize the information needed for a quote. Check that the tool keeps your actual prices, service area and commitments intact.
Practise a repeatable task together, agree on a review checklist and decide when a person needs to take over. Use the same examples to compare results across the team.
What to bring and how to book
